Paul Hohensee 09e21afaaa 7082553: Interpret Thread.setPriority(Thread.MAX_PRIORITY) to mean FX60 on Solaris 10 and 11

Add CriticalPriority == MaxPriority+1 and enable scheduling class as well as thread priority to change on Solaris.

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
