The HotSpot tests Makefile has a hardcoded SLASH_JAVA which makes it difficult to run the tests on non-Sun build machines which do not have a /java infrastructure. Reviewed-by: kamg

This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:
cd make && gnumake
The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
directory.
