The former -XX:+TraceBiasedLocking flag has been converted to the UL option -Xlog:biasedlocking=info and =trace, with the old option being aliased. Reviewed-by: dholmes, dcubed

cd make && gnumake
The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
directory.
