Chuck Rasbold 93c40233d6 8010437: guarantee(this->is8bit(imm8)) failed: Short forward jump exceeds 8-bit offset

Fix shorten_branches() to accurately count an initial nop that may be inserted in a block that starts with a safepoint.

  This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

Simple Build Instructions:

    cd make && gnumake
     
  The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
  directory.
