Remove Method::_method_size to improve memory footprint after JDK-8135085,which increased 4 bytes for 32 platform. Also removed related unused code in SA. Reviewed-by: coleenp, hseigel

cd make && gnumake
The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
