Removed TraceRuntimeCalls, TraceJNICalls, and TraceJVMCalls options because their output is excessive, not useful, and covered in a more useful way by other options. Reviewed-by: coleenp, dholmes, ddmitriev

Simple Build Instructions:
cd make && gnumake
The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
directory.
