The former -XX:+TraceSafepoint flag is updated to the unified logging framework and is now replaced with -Xlog:safepoint in product mode. Reviewed-by: coleenp, hseigel

Simple Build Instructions:
cd make && gnumake
The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"
directory.
